How We Intervene

The work is deliberately focused and non-disruptive.

We begin by establishing a factual view of how work actually flows across product, delivery, engineering, assurance, and release; not how it appears in plans or governance artefacts.

That view exposes where:

Accountability fragments across functions
Dependencies create hidden queues
Risk accumulates without formal recognition

Intervention then concentrates on a small number of high-leverage controls:

Explicit decision rights and escalation paths
Enforceable readiness and quality thresholds
Reporting that distinguishes progress from reassurance
Early visibility of risk while intervention is still low-cost
Recovery of pace without increasing pressure or burnout

Just enough intervention to materially reduce exposure.
